Meet Bill Demas
Bill is a four-time internet and startup CEO with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, media, and data analytics. Throughout his career, he has focused on building cohesive, high-performance teams that launch disruptive technologies and create entirely new markets.
He has led organizations through multiple phases of growth—from early-stage startups to large-scale companies—and has helped teams scale rapidly while maintaining strong culture and execution.
Today, Bill works closely with CEO founders as a coach, helping them navigate the unique leadership challenges that come with building a company. In addition to coaching, he serves as a board member and startup investor, with approximately 30 investments across early-stage companies in AI, software, and health and wellness.
